REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guardant Health, Inc. (Nasdaq:GH), a leading precision oncology company focused on helping conquer cancer globally through use of its proprietary blood tests, vast data sets and advanced analytics, announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $71.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares are being offered by Guardant Health. In addition, Guardant Health has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Guardant Health, are expected to be $319.5 million, excluding any exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The offering is expected to close on May 28, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
