Selligent Marketing Cloud Appoints former Microsoft and Criteo Leader to Senior Director of Product Marketing

Global role announced as part of company’s continued growth drive

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and BRUSSELS, Belgium, Sept. 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Selligent Marketing Cloud, the B2C Marketing Automation company, today announced that Maria Carrelli has joined as Senior Director of Product Marketing. Maria will be responsible for shaping Selligent’s global product messaging and go-to-market strategy as the company continues its rapid growth. 

The appointment marks Selligent Marketing Cloud’s continued expansion, with 400 employees across its 10 offices worldwide. The company has seen consistent quarterly growth, most recently celebrating multiple new client wins that include Auto Trader and Farmdrop, and a market-first partnership with customer engagement and analytics software leader Calabrio, bridging the gap between customer care and digital marketing interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.

An accomplished marketing leader, Maria joins Selligent from Emarsys where she was Director of Global Product Marketing. Prior to that, Maria held various positions at leading technology companies, including Criteo and Microsoft. At Criteo, she oversaw and managed the development of global marketing solution managers for its SaaS solutions, supporting cross-functional teams comprised of account strategists, sales, marketing and product. Her four-year tenure at Microsoft included “Search Evangelist” and product marketing roles for the company’s Bing Global Product, driving awareness and consumer engagement with the brand.
